Customized Mindfulness Programming is designed to focus on the foundational elements of meditation and incorporate mindfulness into everyday life.
Choose from either a 4 or 6 week program consisting of one weekly session consisting of a discussion, Q&A, plus a guided practice (60 minutes) hosted via Zoom, as well as additional workbooks and resources.
Mindfulness Consulting is the process of working 1-1 with a Certified Teacher to develop personalized & sustainable mindfulness practices for everyday life.
